The Alir is a spacious villa estate, which is situated beside a river within the beautiful agricultural area between the district of Seminyak and Canggu. This area is on the southwestern coast of Bali. This property consists of the main house, a relaxation pavilion, large swimming pool, and two additional guest houses. This villa is set in a large beautiful gardens and you can enjoy the amazingly fresh air in this open space.

The amazing architecture of these Canggu villas is the mixing of the tropical architecture and the special contemporary design, with the local traditional Indonesian materials, a shingle roof, and also some recycled teaks and bengkirai hardwood floors. The open sided living area is situated on the ground floor of the main house in this villa, and this area is cooled by the natural breezes and ceiling fans.

This large airy space of living area is furnished with the solid dining table for eight people to sit and dine together, and this table is especcially created from a single piece of wood, ideal for dinner parties. Then, there is also a comfortable sofa and two chairs, a funky lantern, a coffee table, and local artefacts and artwork. Next to this room, you can find a guest washroom completed with the toilet and washbasin, situated on the ground level to one side of the living area.

There are two bedrooms complete with the air-conditioned, situated on the ground floor of the main house. Each of these bedroom can be accessed by the antique doors, and each of them features a wooden floor and sliding doors which are the reminiscent of the shoji screens of the traditional Japanese architecture. Then, you can see the open pool deck and garden which is appearing from this area, and the interior will looks one with nature.
